1. Property is on an alternative septic system. ONLY waste water and the supplied toilet paper are permitted down any drain. It is your responsibility that ALL guests are aware of this. There are signs by all toilets. Wipes, feminine hygiene products, kleenix and any other item WILL clog the system resulting in an alarm to sound in the downstairs bathroom. Please report this immediately. A $300 septic cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is not followed.

2.No smoking permitted. Smoking cigarettes on property will result in forfeiture of security deposit. E-cigarettes and vape pens are permitted outside only.

3. No parties or events.

4. Absolutely no outdoor music at any time.

5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Exceeding the number of people listed in reservation on the property at any point will result in immediate eviction.

6. Quiet time after 9 p.m.

7. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

8. No outdoor fires permitted during local fire bans.

9. Harvesting wood for fire on property is not permitted. Most gas stations in Payson offer firewood for sale. Please plan accordingly.

10. Only pets included in the listing may be on the property. Pets may not be left unaccompanied in the cabin. Any accidents or damage must be reported so they are taken care of for the next guest. Maximum 2 small dogs or 1 large dog allowed.
